ROLES:
- Being a facilitator: Knowing what questions to ask before we go is important and the reason for some prior research.
- A good harmonizer gets consensus. This is what I want in the selection of the three we will visit.
- A research manager is someone who pays attention to the details. A good research manager in this case will make sure they know how the final site we pick represents the class of 2013.
- A good reporter in this case will bring a camera or a video camera so we can get a good representation of each site we visit, so we can show fellow class members who don't go.
RULE OF THREE:
This in reference to assessment. I typically look at three different things. I am looking to see:
- Are all four members of senior ASB taking on a role
- Are we doing enough to get as many folks to go to the sites with us
- Does the site meet the typical expectations regarding what we are looking for (around $10,000 at most, location issues, and layout of site)
Feel free to ask any question regarding prom or senior ASB.
