I don't know if you remember, but the first day of class, I showed you the "Four Great Supports" of the senior team and the "Four Great Expectations" we hope from you.

Four Great Supports

• We will ensure a challenging academic environment
• We will provide the necessary support (by breaking down assignments in more doable parts) 
• We will continue to have activities to encourage the building of social capital among us all and for us to relax and have a good time. 
• And we will provide assistance when you ask for help

Four Great Expectations

• We expect 100% effort
• We all think iPoly and 2013 first
• We help each other in core, project, house, and senior-wide activities
• And we have an open mind and produce the best work we can at the end of year
