Senior Project

• Do research checks on your own.  Remember to update your WB and take notes according to your house teacher expectations
• Maintain your 3 ring 3" research binder
• Update the blog on what is going on in your project
• Complete Blog 11:  Mentorship
• Keep your WB, mentorship log, and independent component logs up-to-date
• Work on your independent component
• Work on your science fair project
• Start looking for a person you can interview who can help you answer your EQ
• Revise your EQ

Senior ASB

• Bring sweater $
• We are selling chocolate again at some point coming up, get ready 
• If you are in Sunset Barbecue, Breakfast 2, Reunion 2, Valentine's Day, or Recycling 2 expect a short meeting sometime during the week of our return.  ASB rep will follow up and arrange it with you.  

Purther's Course

• We are still working on the PBL in which you are explaining basic economics to your brother.  We will continue with that in our return.   To do this, we will review a bit where we were and go from there.  So far, you should understand:
• What is economics
• Factors of Production: Land, Labor, Capital, and Entrepreneurship
• Main Economic Goal:  Good Standard of Living
• Characteristics of the main goal:  Full employment, price stability, economic growth, quality environment, fair distribution, and economic freedom
• Micro, Macro and Consumer Economics
• Socialism vs. Capitalism
• John Maynard Keynes, Karl Marx, Friedrich Hayek, and Adam Smith
• I will have your notebook for you when you return.  If you didn't turn in your notebook, I don't think there is much you can do but turn it in late when you return.
