Prom Food

This question was already asked once.  If you did not provide the information, please do so tomorrow when asked again.  During third block tomorrow, the rest of the masks should be passed out at that time.  They will also ask about any allergies to the prom food below:

Finalized Food Selection:
  • Starter:  manchego cheese salad, fresh dates, apricots, baby arugua, honeycrisp apples, almonds, balsamic, pistachio oil
  • Entree:  free range of chicken, stuffed with ricotta, basil, three sweet peppers, caramlized onions
  • Dessert: chocolate tart - crème brulee, milk chocolate cremeux, dark chocolate mousse 
NUT ALLERGY: Manchego Cheese Salad, Fresh Dates, Apricots, Baby Arugula, Honeycrisp Apples, Balsamic Vinaigrette


VEGETARIAN ALTERNATIVE: Wild Mushroom Ravioli With Wilted Baby Spinach, Roasted Salsify & Nage Sauce
