Reminder: You are sharing with me by Thursday 8AM (W, E, and N) and Friday (S) your PowerPoint on google docs. The goal is I can see all group members were part of the creation of the presentation.
Facilitator: Check for understanding, make sure all folks get the help they need, and lead discussions in the group (aka at planning meetings)
Reporter: Organize the presentation and the PowerPoint and prepare for the title slide part
IN ADDITION: BRING YOUR POWERPOINT ON A FLASH DRIVE ON THE MORNING OF THE PRESENTATION SO WE CAN PUT IT ON THE PRESENTATION COMPUTER.
