Adopt-a-Family Information

 I have an updated on who we are helping for adopt-a-family.  We will be helping a family of 3 who live in a shelter right now near or in El Monte.

It is:

• a mother
• 12 year old boy
• 6 year old boy

I just arranged our delivery date on 12/15.  So, we need to collect all the $, shop and wrap prior to this date.

Please bring in at least $4 per person when we return to your representatives.  Thanks

Hi Aaron.  Happy thanksgiving!  Below is the info on the family living in a shelter in El Monte. Jonathan is waiting to be matched with a Big Brother.

Mom is really excited about this opportunity because they were unable to get on the Social Worker’s list of families chosen to receive gifts this year:

For the kids she stated, scooter, skateboard, toys, but not necessary.

I told her about our Holiday Party; really excited to get a Christmas this year!!!!!   (this is a reference to the delivery part)



With regard to the cans, they have been delivered.

Total Can Donation:  2532 (I got our 1266 total doubled by a donor so we delivered this total to the food bank to help)
